Long COVID Support Resources

Below are Long COVID support groups and Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) care networks. These groups can help you connect with others who have similar health challenges and with doctors who treat Long COVID.

  1. AHRQ

    The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is supporting 9 Long COVID clinics across the U.S. through the AHRQ. These clinics will expand access to care, especially for underserved and minority communities most affected by Long COVID.

  2. Black COVID Survivors Alliance

    Black COVID Survivors (BCS) Alliance is an advocacy group led by patients. The Alliance supports the recovery and empowerment of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) patients and survivors whose lives have been impacted by Long COVID.

  3. Brain Inflammation Collaborative

    An online community for children and adults with brain inflammation diseases, like myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). People can share their stories, symptoms, life events, and donate samples for research.

  4. Dysautonomia International

    Provides support groups and clear information on postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and other types of dysautonomia associated with Long COVID. These health problems affect things the body does automatically, like breathing and heart rate.

    Long COVID Alliance is a group of patient advocates, scientists, disease experts, and drug developers. They work together to teach policy leaders and help us understand diseases that happen after viruses.

    Long Covid Families helps children and families affected by diseases that spread from one person to another (infectious diseases).

    Long COVID Kids represents and supports children and young people living with Long COVID and similar diseases. This group also supports the parents and caregivers that look after them.

    The COVID-19 Longhauler Advocacy Project helps people understand Long COVID and similar diseases. The group supports people with Long COVID and their families through advocacy, education, and research.

    Marked By COVID is a movement for pandemic justice and to remember those affected by the pandemic. It is led by COVID-19 survivors.

  10. MaskBloc.org

    MaskBloc.org lists active Mask Blocs around the world. Mask Blocs provide masks, COVID-19 tests, and other equipment to communities for free.

    Mask Together America is an organization that shares ways to prevent COVID-19 and advocates for families who have had COVID-19 and lost loved ones to COVID-19 and people with Long COVID.
